HeyBrainiMessage

My kitchen is a disaster. I keep looking at it and getting overwhelmed, so I’m avoiding it. I have about an hour. Where do I start?

A softly lit, lived-in kitchen with dishes and everyday clutter waiting to be cleaned

Delivered

That makes sense. When the whole room is asking for attention at once, starting can feel like choosing wrong.

From the photo, the sink is the move. Clearing it gives everything else somewhere to go.

Start with the sink. Give it 12 minutes: put away anything clean, load or stack the dirty dishes, then wipe the empty basin. Send me another photo when the timer ends and we’ll pick the next move.

Real kitchen. One useful place to begin.

The part most systems miss

You already know what matters.
That isn’t always enough.

You can know the deadline, care about the outcome, and still get stuck. The task feels too big. The day changes. The thought disappears before it becomes a plan.

HeyBrain gives you somewhere to think out loud, find the useful thread, and choose one next move.

How it helps

Say it badly. HeyBrain will help you find the thread.

No perfect prompt. No clean plan before you begin. Start with what is actually in your head.

Bring the messy version.

Send the half-finished thought, the photo, the long explanation, or the thing you keep avoiding.

Find the next useful move.

HeyBrain helps you sort what matters now and turns the whole overwhelming thing into somewhere useful to begin.

Keep going until it is done.

Come back to the same conversation, adjust the plan in normal language, and keep closing the next loop.

The lived-in kitchen before a focused twelve-minute reset

From overwhelmed to moving.

One small win changes the energy of the room and your brain.

12-minute reset

The same kitchen after the sink has been cleared and wiped

Nice work. That looks lighter already.

What do you want to do next?

Real stakes, chosen in advance

Make it somebody else’s business.

Letting yourself off the hook is easy. Your mom is harder to ignore.

Pick the task, the deadline, and who HeyBrain contacts if you do not do it. Finish in time, and nobody hears a thing. Miss it, and your accountability buddy gets the message.

TattleTimer set

Clean the kitchen by 7:00 PM. If it is not done, Mom gets a text.

You do not have to enjoy the pressure. You just have to enjoy that the kitchen got cleaned up.

Why I built it

I built the thing my own brain kept asking for.

I have ADHD. Knowing what to do was rarely the problem. Starting was. Finishing was. Coming back after the day fell apart was.

I did not need another productivity system to maintain. I needed something I could text in the messy middle, something that could help me find the next move and keep me honest long enough to do it.

So I built HeyBrain.

Trust is a product behavior

Helpful means telling the truth.

A convincing answer is not the same as a true one. HeyBrain tells you what did and did not happen.
